Hi, Betina - I've tried to keep up with your writings since you and I worked together at New Horizons Mental Health Center, and just this weekend, came across three more books of yours! This is the first time I've found your website though, and was so interested in hearing about your life since Oklahoma. I was so sorry to hear of the loss of your beloved Don, but happy to hear of your newfound love. And your "little" boys! WOW, I can't believe they've grown up, and made you a grandmother! (I still remember you telling about how you got them to eat broccoli by calling it "trees", and cauliflower by calling it "trees covered with snow"... haha). I'm STILL working at New Horizons, (now named Red Rock West). Anyway, after buying the 3 books that I found this weekend, I found my copy of "Rapture's Ransom", which you autographed for me waaaaay back then, and I STILL treasure it. Thank you for your wonderful, entertaining writing, and congratulations on your success! Sherri

Just finished Not Quite Married -- not realizing it was a re-release until part-way in. I agree with the poster who wants publishers to make this information more evidant. However, as I was getting into the book, it became apparent that I'd read it before -- but yet I hadn't. I don't want to list specifics because that would ruin the story for first time readers, but is the re-release slightly different? It's been a LONG time since I read Rapture's Ransom, but it made a strong impression on me. Am I imagining things or have items been changed, added and/or deleted?

Hi Betina,
I too am a long time reader/fan of yours and buy any and all new books you have published. I just bought Not quite Married and found out it was previously published under the name of Rapture's Ransom which thankfully I had not been able to find prior or it would have been doubled in my bookshelf. Is there anyway the publishers can make this a bit more obvious if they are intending to change the original title? Thank you for clearing this up on your web page, but this particular title was not shown the way the other duplicates were.....
I love your style of writing with my particular favorite of The Last Bachelor, such a wonderful read!
I'm also so glad for your finding a new love. I remember reading about your loss in '95 and was much relieved that you continued to write inspite of your deep mourning. Thank you for continuing to share your wonderful talent to tell a great story.
Cheri
p.s. I also lived in Minnesota my first 25 years of life and sure don't miss those frostbitten fingers! But Florida has its problems too as I'm sure you found out with all these hurricanes this year! Hope your possessions were spared and that no more hurricanes will be drifting our way for this season!

I was in a book store looking for some books by a different author when I looked and saw the same last name. I read the back and it looked interesting so I bought it. Well I have been back to the bookstore to buy more of your books. They are wonderful to read and escape into. Now that I have read all the books the store had I am online looking for more!

Hi. I just want to say that you are my favorite author by far. I just bought 2 of your books and have been totally engrossed in the one I am reading. So much so that I just spent about an hr and a half reading about you and your books. I also wanted to know if any of your books are audio books and do you do any book signings.
Thank you and keep on writing.
