I'm just starting to read your novels. I have been a long time historical romance fan, and finally I picked up the latest print of "Passion's Ransom". Not realizing that this was a reprint, I went to my local thrift shop and bought the second printing of "Passions Ransom". Haha. Well, now I can enjoy it two times with different covers. I wonder if the writing was changed with the reprints??? Anyway, I am sure that I am getting ready to read a wonderful romance. I've heard nothing but great things about your novels.

Betina I hope you remember me, not sure if you do - Briggs High School. Remember now? I saw your book today at the checkout at the local Albertson's. Wondered how you were doing and how the boys were. So you're a grandma now? Wow! And you have found love again. I am so happy for you. If you remember me, please e-mail me. Let's catch up. Fran

I am reading the Enchantment, and I am struck by how well developed your characters are. I have read a number of your novels, and enjoyed them all. More so because I could see how the characters came together, and would work to maintain their relationships. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to enjoy your stories. In Divine Friendship, Alyse

I have read two of your books The Marriage Test and The Perfect Mistress. Never have a read a book with such attention to detail as in The Marriage Test. I enjoyed that book greatly, as did my husband and my children, although they didn't read it nor did I tell them about it. I cooked a huge dinner that night with no shortcuts. They were very appreciative. A friend of mine who hardly ever cooks did the same. It was an odd place to find inspiration but I found it just the same. Thanks LeslieKim

Hi Betina I am always looking out for your books every time I visit the bookstore. You are one of my favourite writers and I really really enjoyed reading your books especially the 'Trilogy' series, Not Quite Married, Just Say Yes.... They were truly wonderful stories! I was 'hooked' to 'The Perfect Mistress' when I started reading it, it made me laugh and tear! Your writing is really superb...... I am now looking forward to reading 'The Enchantment', and hoping I could get hold of 'The Last Bachelor'.... Keep up your GOOD work! And continue to write more.... Cheers Chris

About Not Quite Married (awesome story!) 1) I absolutely adore Dyso! His 'handicap' doesn't in the least bit effect him except maybe the accasional bit of frustration that his hand gestures aren't understood by people. He's not easily ruffled, very sedate and mellow and he's quite intelligent and capable. I think perhaps the most intruiging is no one knows what goes on in his head. How does he see the world? How much does he know of life, and what does he understand that most people don't? I find him incredibly fascinating! 2) Van Zandt, despite the fact that he's a Dutchman, doesn't speak Dutch, but German.
